Terms of Service

These terms cover ordering a song from OdaSongs. Plain language, no surprises.

What you're ordering

An original song created from the story you provide. The full song ($49) includes the audio and the written lyrics. Lyrics only, with no audio, is $19. Prices are in US dollars.

The free preview

Before you pay anything, we send a roughly 20-second preview built from your story. If it isn't right, you owe nothing and nothing else happens.

Payment and delivery

After you approve the preview, we send a payment link (handled by our processor). Standard delivery is within 7 days of payment; 24-hour rush is available. The finished song arrives by email as a private link.

Revisions and refunds

We'll revise the song with you until it's right, or refund you in full — no questions asked.

How songs are made

Each song is written and produced from scratch, from the lyrics up, based on the story you provide. Every song is a new, original work — not a cover, a remake, or a sample of an existing recording.

Using your song

You may play, share, gift, and keep your song for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell it, use it in paid advertising, or present it as your own commercial work. OdaSongs retains the underlying rights to the composition and recording.

Your responsibilities

• The details you send are yours to share and don't infringe anyone's rights.
• If the song will be made public and is about another living person, you have their okay.

What we won't make

We decline songs that are hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit, or that impersonate someone in order to deceive. If we can't make what you asked for, you're not charged.

No guaranteed outcome

We aim for a song that genuinely moves the person it's for, but taste is personal — which is exactly why the free preview exists. You decide before you pay.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
