Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what you type into the request form, we use it to make and deliver your song, and we don't sell it or track you around the web.

What we collect

• The details you enter on the request form: the recipient's name, your email address, your relationship to them, the occasion, a style preference, and the story or details you choose to share.
• Privacy-first, aggregate site analytics (page views, referrers) with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.

We do not collect payment card details — if you buy a song, that's handled entirely by our payment processor.

How we use it

Only to write your song, send you the free preview, deliver the finished track, and reply to you. We may keep your request and any order in our records.

Who it's shared with

• FormSubmit — delivers the request form to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics.
• Polar — our payment processor, only if you place an order. They handle card data; we never see it.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, and we'll do it.

Children

OdaSongs isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
